LOS ANGELES WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS: JERRY GILES PHOTOGRAPHY OF WEST LOS ANGELES, NEAR SANTA MONICA, IS THE RIGHT PHOTOGRAPHER FOR YOUR WEDDINGJerry Giles wishes nothing less than to capture all the photographic images that will keep you going back again and again to re-live your most special of days in your wedding albums. He doesn't want to simply record those moments and have them put aside for family reunions. He wants you to re-visit those tangible memories the same as you put on your favorite gloves or wrap that favorite blanket around to keep you warm. He wants you to snuggle up to that warmth, that glow that permeated your wedding day. That day was gift from you to your spouse, and Jerry hopes that through the images he captured that you will cherish the visual evidence of that gift over and over and over. Jerry Giles is excited to be your wedding and engagement photographer. And then, should you have children, Jerry Giles Photography is the g-to place for your children's portrait photography. Jerry loves photographing newborns and toddlers, or any age. Family photography is just so cool!
Jerry is available for wedding photography from Morro Bay to San Diego, California. While being based out of Santa Monica, California and West Los Angeles, he is available for wedding photography as far east as Atlanta, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama. As a photographer he has shot wedding and engagement shoots in Malibu, Santa Barbara and locally in Santa Monica and so many more.
As a wedding photographer how shoots both in traditional wedding photography methods as well as the more popular wedding photojournalistic style of today. We are so fortunate to see our Brides and Grooms in so many amazing locations. Not only do we photograph the Brides and Grooms on their wedding days, but many times we get engagement photography sessions as well. Those opportunities can be so rewarding as they get a chance to see our style of photography and we get to know if they prefer photojournalism or more standard wedding photography.

It's suach a pleasure to be a photographer, whether the style of choice is traditional wedding photography, journalistic wedding photography, also popularly called photojournalism. Even the most staunch photojournalistic approach to wedding photography still leaves room for some traditional wedding photography attributes, such as posing for the family shots.
Regardless of the approach to gathering the images we still all end up back at the computer for our Photoshop, Lightroom, Aperture or whatever means we use for our photo editing. And whether we make wedding albums for you from Graphi Studios, Black River Imaging or some other, we still strive to make your wedding photographs, those most personal photographic images of your wedding to look the most remarkable we can. It's more than just the job of the wedding photographer, it their passion.
My passion as a Hollywood headshot photographer is to get the headshots that will get my clients, whether they are actors of note or just those that hope to be, but I want my actors headshots to get them into casting director's offices. It thrills me when a headshot client calls me because they landed a new agent, or because they finally got into an office that they'd never been able to get into. But this time the casting director saw something else in their headshot that they'd not seen before.
Capturing emotions and even dreams in wedding photography is actually akin to the feeling that I get when I capture an actor truly emoting before me. I'm lucky to be behind the lens of my Canon 5D Mark II as so much magic happens, magic that I am truly lucky enough to be a part of through my photography.
Thank you to all who let me live out my passions!
