As a Headshot and Event photographer, it’s very exciting to get to shoot “Firsts.” In weddings it’s the first kiss, the first toast and, of course, the first dance. With actors it’s fun for me when I get to shoot an actor’s very first headshot session. I know that I could be a part of starting them toward a lifetime of dreams shattered and, even better, dreams realized. They’re taking their first steps in the deep end of the pool and I get to tell them it’s okay, they can do it. I appreciate the honor to be a part of an actor’s life. As an actor myself, I try to give them the best weapons for their journey ahead. Below is one such actor. She’s a beautiful lady, yes, but even nicer to meet. I wish her well!

Terumi was a fantastic lady with tons of energy to direct towards the camera. Whether being light-hearted or nailing a more serious thought, it was fun to try and read what I saw in her eyes.

I don’t always post from headshot sessions but since I’ve started bloogging I’m going to try and put up select images from most shoots. Robert is a great little guy. Rodgers, from Green Bay is his favorite NFL player. His Mom and Dad are both teachers. Robert just loves life! Here are some of his images from our shoot.
